What do you enjoy? Winchester March Meeting
John Whapham, Explores – What Do You Enjoy?
A time comes for most people to examine what they enjoy and refocus - especially during a period of job loss
or enforced career transition.
This psychometric instrument was developed by John over many years working with people with career issues and has been used by over 1,000 people going through transition. It is now available on the on the internet on the web site www.w3-therapist.co.uk.
The object is to provide a dynamic profile of a person’s most and least preferred skills areas. It can also be used to indicate areas where a person may need to give some serious attention.
The presentation will provide you with an introduction to working with the instrument ‘What Do You Enjoy?' So go to the web site www.w3-therapist.co.uk where you will find information about John, some background about the instrument and its validation. Then complete the inventory - there are 104 questions and it takes about 10 minutes to complete – print the profile and please bring it with you on Saturday, 27th March for analysis and discussion.
Are you focused on what you enjoy and are there any issues which need serious attention?

Confirming Your Member Updates
If you’ve been updating your membership information on line recently, including setting up your Profile, you’re likely wondering about two things:
Why isn’t there an automatic message confirming my changes? and
Why aren’t my changes instantly reflected on the website?
First, thanks a lot for updating your information and for letting us know your concerns (ok, frustrations). Please know we’re currently working with Insala to identify the source of this problem and to correct it as quickly as possible. Until then, rest assured your information has been received by us, even though the system doesn’t automatically acknowledge it. There is no need to re-enter the information, as this generates many duplicate requests. Currently there is a ‘lag’ time between when you enter the information, and when it displays on the screen. This is not an automatic entry. The request gets sent to our Headquarter's Office and then entered into the database. From there, this database is uploaded to the website.
We are doing our utmost to audit/process these changes with accuracy and timeliness, and appreciate your ongoing understanding.
