Please join us for our teleclass Case Study: A Corporate Career Initiative at Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts presented by Pam Turner and Kathy Maloney, Career Leaders.

Two accomplished career leaders will trace the seeds of an organization-wide Career Services initiative within a large corporate culture intended to address the diverse workers’ needs for resources and tools to successfully manage their careers.

A case study approach interspersed with dialogue will focus on the question: "How can organizations respond to the diverse needs of today’s workers -- ranging from young workers entering the workforce to older workers remaining longer in the workplace-- and all of this within a context of accelerated change?"
